FSH IT Desktop Support Specialist

Under direction of IT Director, utilize strong technical skills and experience to deliver first-class technical assistance and support to business and clinical staff related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responsible for deployment, operation, and management of end-point systems including workstations, laptops, thin clients, multifunction copiers/printers, scanners, and various IT related medical equipment in a hospital healthcare campus environment.
Salary Range: $23.00 - $30.00 (depending on experience)

Essential Functions
Primary duties include, but are not limited to the
Installation, upgrade, implementation, and maintenance of all end-point systems, including, but not limited to configuration, imaging, and deployment of all Windows and HP Thinpro HP computers, laptops, and Thin Clients; HP printer and Ricoh MFPs; Cisco and Avaya phones; and Apple and Android Smartphones.
Act as first responder for all Help Desk support requests across the FSH organization. Triage incoming (phone, voice/email message) requests to determine immediacy of response and most appropriate IT responder.
Manage Kaseya Help Desk operation by ensuring work orders are efficiently processed (opened, updated, escalated, closed).
Configure, upgrade (memory/disk drives, printers, etc.), and deploy systems to new and existing staff.
Troubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software anomalies. Maintain and update IT hardware and software configuration documentation, for internal/external use.
Participate in IT systems configuration discussions intended to standardize end-point deployment process and enhance end-user work experience.
Provide 24x7 support on a rotating schedule as needed.
Assist the I.T. Team with the management and support for the following as requested:
