• Monitor process and perform routine QC checks to ensure operation process is in control and product meets standards set by the company.
• Maintain compliance with all USDA regulations.

Qualifications

** REQUIREMENTS:**

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Meat or poultry plant experience desirable
• Ability to read, understand and implement written instructions & procedures
• Proficient in basic math skills (calculators)
• Good communication skills and must be able to work effectively in a group setting
• Ability to work independently
• Able to make decisions regarding quality and wholesomeness of product
• Flexible hours
