    Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time (2 PM - 10 PM)

    Location: Rittenhouse Village

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents/patients during the afternoon and evening shifts. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in your care through assistance with daily activities, personal care, and support in a respectful and empathetic manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
    - Monitor and report changes in residents’ or patients’ conditions to nursing staff.
    - Assist with mobility and ambulation, as well as transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment.
    - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following infection control protocols and standards.
    - Support residents with medication reminders and document any medication administered as directed by nursing staff.
    - Engage residents in social activities and promote their overall well-being and mental health.
    - Maintain accurate patient records, documenting care provided, observations made, and any changes in residents’ conditions.
    - Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
    - Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

    Qualifications:

    - Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in [State or Region].
    - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    - Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting is preferred.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on compassion and patient-centered care.
    - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    - Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
    - Must be able to lift, move, and reposition residents as necessary.
