We are seeking passionate, dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Teachers to join our team! We have multiple positions available, including Lead Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Floaters, and Closers. Our center operates Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM.

Responsibilities

As a Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will:

Create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children feel safe to learn and grow

Foster a love of learning through a positive, growth-oriented mindset

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children

Provide a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment

Communicate regularly with parents through mobile apps and in-person conversations

Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals

Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a collaborative, dynamic environment

Qualifications

A genuine passion for the education and care of children

Teaching experience:

1 year of professional experience (preferred)

6 months required for Full-Time positions

Education:

Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred)

High School Diploma or GED required (18+ years old)

Must meet all applicable state licensing requirements
