Job Description

We are looking for a REVIT MODELER/ MANAGER with 2+ years of experience for our San Luis Obispo or San Francisco offices.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time REVIT modeler to work out of our San Francisco or San Luis Obispo offices, or even remotely, and help continue to develop our in-house REVIT standards and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• · 2+ years of drafting/ modeling experience with Revit and AutoCAD software
• · Experience creating and modifying Revit families
• · Experience creating and editing PDF Files using Bluebeam
• · Experience with BIM 360 and Navisworks preferred, not required
• · Create clear and accurate drawings that conform to engineering and FTF Standards
• · Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
• · Detail oriented and very organized
• · Be extremely service oriented and highly approachable with commitment to helping others
• · Clear communication skills in person, through email, and over phone/Zoom/Microsoft Teams
• · Have a positive & professional attitude and demeanor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · Revit drafting/ modeling
• · AutoCAD drafting
• · Management of AutoCAD and Revit workload
• · Learn and apply office standards of design, quality control, and production
• · Produce accurate work as a part of a project team
• · Maintain and expand Revit and CAD detail library
• · Mentor less experienced staff from both offices in Revit or AutoCAD
