    The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for aiding in the administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal functionality and alignment with business processes. The Salesforce administrator will collaborate with various departments to enhance user experience, drive system improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the FTL Finance organization.

    Essential Duties:

    • Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce
    • Provide support to users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering guidance
    • Implement Salesforce configurations such as custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows and validation rules
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution
    • Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices
    • Design Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and best practices, considering scalability, maintainability, and user experience
    • Maintain data integrity by performing regular data cleansing and de-deduplication activities
    • Import, export, and manipulate data within Salesforce using data loader tools
    • Assist in the design and implementation of advanced automation using tools like Flow
    • Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to meet business reporting needs
    • Work with developers to improve integrations with other systems using API and middleware
    • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending improvements where appropriate

    Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Administrator certification
    • 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
    • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
    • Gives and welcomes feedback; Puts success of team above own interests
    • Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Works to obtain additional certifications
    • Completes projects on time and within budget. Coordinates projects. Manages project team activities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • Experience using Flow Builder
    • Knowledge of Service Cloud and/or telephony integrations
