    Job Description

    The Customer Service Associate will pleasantly assist all customer calls by providing technical knowledge, determining product needs, entering orders correctly, handling complaints, and successfully connecting the caller to the correct department or person on a part-time basis.

    This role is able to be hybrid (2 days at home, 3 in the office) after training is completed. The hours are Monday-Friday 1pm-6pm

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Answer incoming calls & transfer them when necessary
    • Provide friendly assistance to customers with their orders
    • Provide on-the-phone education to Clinicians, and office personnel in the use of product-related systems
    • Assist lab customers with product usage and offer technical resolution via E-mail and phone
    • Prepare and enter customer orders
    • Provide friendly support to the Clinical and Technical sales team, including Inside Sales
    • Issue RMAs for dealer returns, and credit and rebills for the laboratory customers when needed
    • Execute and maintain daily salesforce.com interactions
    • Provide customer assistance in tracking packages, locating or replacing orders
    • Maintain working knowledge of all relevant procedures
