    F.u.e.l Salon and Spa is seeking a Sales Associate and receptionist that is energetic and highly motivated to provide exceptional customer service and work with a successful team. We are located in a dynamic, densely populated part of Centennial and Highlands Ranch Colorado. Qualified candidate must be professional, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work long hours on your feet while hadling multiple tasks. It is very important that you have a take charge attitude and can demonstrate success in building relationships with clients as well as service providers. We are looking for someone to work 30-40 hours a week with some flexibility. Duties include selling retail, salon service packages & gift certificates. Answering phones, booking appointments, laundry, salon cleanliness, going the extra mile and ensuring that guests are blown away with their customer experience. At F.u.e.l. we celebrate one another, have fun and take care of each other like a family.

    Responsibilities

    Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

    Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

    Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.

    Collect payments by cash and credit card

    Issue receipts and refunds to customers

    Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

    Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

    Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

    Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

    Willingness to work well in a team environment

    Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

    Willingness to work a flexible schedule
