FULL-TIME DAY PORTER & BREEZEWAY CLEANER – CUMMING, GA (30504)

TURNKEY FACILITY MAINTENANCE is a professional cleaning company with over 15 years of experience serving clinics, banks, condominiums, offices, schools, churches, and more.

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Day Porter & Breezeway Cleaner in Cumming, GA (30504).

We are looking for someone reliable, responsible, punctual, and committed to providing quality service.

⚠️ Note: This is a physically demanding position. Work includes both indoor and outdoor cleaning, often under changing weather conditions (cold, heat, and rain). For this reason, we prefer a male candidate. Indoor work requires someone detail-oriented, while outdoor work requires strength, stamina, and experience.

Responsibilities

Day Porter Duties

Perform general janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

Dust and wipe down desks, chairs, tables, and windowsills

Maintain and clean lobbies, hallways, and common areas during business hours

Provide on-demand cleaning support for spills, accidents, and high-traffic areas

Maintain a professional and polite attitude with employees, visitors, and residents

Breezeway Duties

Sweep and blow debris from outdoor breezeways, stairs, and walkways

Remove trash and litter from exterior common areas

Ensure breezeways, patios, and balconies remain clean and safe

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

Keep outdoor areas presentable and welcoming for residents and visitors

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work required

Strong attention to detail (especially for indoor tasks)

Ability to perform heavy physical work and endure outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)

Must wear company uniform and follow dress code

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic English required

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)

Compensation: $2,600.00 per month

Paid in two equal installments: half on the 1st and half on the 15th of each month
