The goal for a Business Support Specialist is to coach our business owners by providing brand awareness, continuous training of the system and supporting them to be as profitable as possible.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Must work diligently to learn and understand our franchise model to prepare to train, educate, and provide support to our business owners.

    Builds strong working relationships with Franchise Owners based on trust, credibility, and dependability.

    Must be persuasive. The goal is to influence without authority.

    Acts as an advocate for the Owner and the Company insuring that both points of view are clearly communicated and understood.

    The ability to analyze and interpret financials, P&L’s, cash flow projections, and balance sheets is a plus.

    Demonstrates ownership and accountability by observing franchise operations, providing feedback and developing clear short and long term business goals.

    Chooses the appropriate consulting approach based on the situation and the existing relationship.

    Provide support to business owners in all aspects of the business. This includes: developing business plans, recruitment, sales, marketing, pricing, equipment, continuing education on industry techniques and changes, etc.

    Ø Five (5) or more years related experience as a small business owner, a General Manager of a business in the service industry or operations and / or training in the window cleaning industry

    Ø Franchising experience preferred but not required

    Ø Excellent organizational skills and time management skills including follow –up

    Ø Multi- unit experience

    Ø Ability to analyze financial statements in relation to company standards

    Ø Necessary computer skills include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    Ø Excellent organizational and people skills

    Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ø 50% travel is required

    Ø Must live or be willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO
