The main responsibility of a Membership Advisor at FX Fitness is to generate membership sales. Each of our locations have monthly goals that must be met or exceeded and you will play a large role in making sure that this is done consistently. Additionally, you will have individual goals set forth by your Sales Manager and/or General Manager. The FX Fitness onboarding system, paired with ongoing training and education, will arm you will the tools required to be successful and to meet both your individual goals and your club goals, which will require you to work efficiently with a team. Other attributes we look for teammates in this position include those who believe in working hard and have a solid worth ethic, are self-driven leaders, confident, and conduct themselves with professionalism, honor and integrity. We love to have teammates who are extroverts by nature, carry themselves with a positive attitude and like to have fun at work. This position is driven by sales and commissions and the more successful you are at selling memberships, the more money you are able to earn without any kind of caps.

The responsibilities of a Membership Advisor include, but are not limited to, the following:• Consistently meet and exceed both individual and team goals in membership sales• Generate leads through buddy referrals, outside marketing and outreach, lead boxes, social media outreach, and personal promotion of FX Fitness• Follow up and manage leads to create a sense of urgency to join the club using our CRM (customer relationship management) software, Club OS• Make phone calls and send emails and texts through our software to generate sales• Responding to web leads through our website and digital marketing campaigns• Effectively set appointments through lead sources to ensure prospects are coming in• Effectively tour potential members around our club to build both rapport, find out what their fitness goals are, and build value in both our amenities and services• Use, promote, and facilitate member engagement on the FX Fitness app• Proficiently present membership packages that best suit the prospect and have them enroll• Gather referrals from new and existing members and to set them up with guest passes• Setting new and existing members with the club’s Personal Training Director for their free FX Fitness Consultation• Actively participate in team meetings to identify areas of weakness that can be corrected

Education and experience• A college degree is preferred, but not required• Sales experience is preferred, but not required• Ability to work with a team, to be coachable, and to instill the values of FX Fitness to all of our members is a must
