FX Personal Trainers contribute to the FX Experience by providing customized fitness programs and delivering an exceptional gym experience. The goal of an FX Personal trainer is to help individuals reach their potential through specific training strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of FX Studios

• Conduct service appointments with clients, which includes body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, proper form of exercises, etc.

• Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with the client's personal fitness and exercise goals.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals

• Advise clients on ways to achieve their fitness goals.

• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.

• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.

• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by FX.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Current certification from a nationally recognized organization or be willing to obtain certifications within 90 days of hire
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in designing and implementing fitness regimens
• Current CPR/AED certification
• College degree in fitness related field with relevant work experience is preferred but not required
