POSITION SUMMARY: 

At FYX Fleet Roadside Assistance, success is measured by our ability to get semi trucks, tractors, trailers and chassis back on the road quickly with quality workmanship at a fair price. FYX is the leading truck, chassis and trailer breakdown repair service provider, and manages over 150,000 services per year for operations ranging from owner operators to fleets with tens of thousands of pieces of equipment. We are seeking a Pricing Coordinator to join our growing support team in Florence, KY. We are looking for a team member who exemplifies our core values, has a positive attitude, and enjoys learning and working in a team environment. The Coordinator will provide pricing for repair jobs in a timely manner, while maximizing FYX's profits. This individual will utilize the resources available to price each job and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Entering data relating to tire prices and mechanical repairs on a daily basis 
• Contribute to the team effort and work well with the team 
• Process Purchase Orders from vendor invoices by phone, fax or web-based system 
• Pay close attention to details to verify date, time, unit worked on and the vendor that performed the repair 
• Record correct tire information such as defect, position, size, disposition, tire brands, DOT number and recap codes 
• Review invoices to ensure that pricing is within acceptable guidelines  
• Communicate with our vendors to ensure they are aware of all necessary information 
• Payment of vendors by comcheck or MCV 
• Assist with the maintenance of our auto-pricing program  
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• High School Diploma or equivalent required 
• Prior experience in data entry and computer proficiency 
• Must possess general math skills since this position involves working with numbers  
• Organizational skills and attention to detail a must 
• Excellent verbal communication skills to work directly with our customers and team members 
• Transportation Industry experience is a plus, but not required 
• Must be dependable and able to work the required shift 
• Thoroughness and accuracy is essential 
• Ability to process a high volume of pricing data with minimal errors 
• AP/AR/Accounting experience is beneficial for this position
• Computer proficiency, using multiple systems, is a must
