FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a full-time Digital Content Manager (DCM) to lead the creation, production and publishing of content for the franchise development marketing department. This position includes the creation and execution of digital content across multiple media outlets. The Digital Content Manager will work collaboratively with the Franchise Development Marketing Manager to execute effective marketing campaigns using inbound marketing strategies that drive leads to the franchise development sales department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Write multi-page content pieces, to include guides, eBooks and other supplemental materials for distribution across multiple digital channels.
Design multiple graphic assets for use in digital marketing campaigns, including the design of multi-page eBooks and guides, creation of graphic assets for use in landing pages, e-mail marketing, websites and various applications.
Ideate and execute print advertising design and copy writing.
Collaborate with Marketing Director to determine monthly campaign direction and objectives an simultaneously plan and execute a content strategy that will drive high engagement within the campaign.
Work collaboratively with the development marketing team to analyze and improve content and messaging.
Ability to analyze key metrics across channels and make recommendations to strategy that will help ensure business goals are met.
Use effective content marketing strategies to drive relevant site traffic
Key Skills & Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design or Similar
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
Hubspot Marketing CRM Experience Preferred
A minimum of 3 years experience in copywriting: blogs, social ads, website, email, print ads, articles
Strong knowledge and proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Excellent time management, organization and communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment
Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated, detail-minded and deadline oriented • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
Demonstrates resourcefulness and has a solutions-oriented mindset
