FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is in search of a full-time Centralized Scheduling Coordinator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Records incoming calls requesting to schedule an Evaluation.

Calls logged referrals on a daily basis for 2nd, 3rd and 4th calls

Schedules Evaluations and Hearing Test at the necessary and appropriate locations

Confirms insurance with patient and fills out an IVF completely/accurately

Inputs new patients into EMR

Confirms appointments scheduled by sending a text to the patient with the necessary info.

Performs other miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed
