FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is looking for a Part-Time Fitness Front Desk Associate. This position will play a crucial role in encouraging and developing relationships with all members. As a fitness front desk associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, providing facility tours and oversight of the front desk. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with client and team member interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet current and future clients as they walk into the facility.

Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.

Take prospective members on tours.

Process POS payments for services and retail items.

Assist in the cleanliness of the facility

Key Skills & Attributes

Ability to multitask to juggle between incoming phone calls and assisting clients.

Ability to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor with clients and co-workers.

Location & Hours

13010 Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33966

Fitness Center: Monday - Friday 6am-8pm, Saturday 7am-2pm

Part-time Position: Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays.
