FYZICAL Germantown is currently seeking a self-motivated, confident and results-oriented professional for the role of a Physician Liaison and Client Care Specialist. As a Physician Liaison, you will promote the services and programs of FYZICAL Germantown to physicians, their medical teams, and other health care professionals. As the face of FYZICAL Germantown, you will be responsible for increasing patient referrals by establishing new relationships and enhancing existing physician relationships as well as engaging in community events to represent FYZICAL Germantown. You will also help to develop marketing-related projects with staff members to support your field objectives. This will include building on our social media following and implementing other creative and innovative marketing initiatives that leverage our brand, service, and patient satisfaction. As a Client Care Specialist, when you’re not out in the field, your responsibilities in the office will include providing front desk support. As the face of FYZICAL Germantown, this will be an important piece of knowing our patient base and incorporating our patient promise across all sales/marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing daily, weekly and monthly operations and adhering to policies and procedures, scheduling, accuracy of entering patient demographics, verification of insurance, collection of monies, charge entry and proper documentation of accounts. You possess excellent customer service skills and acts as a liaison to the Clinic Director.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) from Four- Year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
