FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers at our North Naples (Pelican Bay) location is in search of a part-time, Client Care Specialist.

The Client Care Specialist is the face and voice of our company. Michael Willett, the Director of Physical Therapy and owner has been in private practice in North Naples for almost 20 years. Our staff of clinicians and administrators are seeking an accountable team member who projects a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with client and team member interactions, who can also multitask and demonstrate efficiency in a busy medical environment.

Client Care Specialists are accountable for:

accurately verifying patient insurance coverage

client scheduling,

payment collection,

checking in/out patients,

answering phones,

compliance tracking and reporting,

data entry and document scanning,

and other responsibilities.
