FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is in search of an Entry Level New Patient Scheduler for a growing Physical Therapy practice. Strong organizational skills, a high level of accountability and proactive work ethic required. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions. Experience in navigation of insurance websites, client management in an EMR system and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. The schedule would range Monday through Thursday 8am to 6pm and Fridays 8am to 5pm are our hours of operations and you'll be scheduled at 40 hours.
