FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is hiring full-time and part-time Scheduling Specialist for the corporate headquarters. Candidates with strong customer service background are encouraged to apply. This position requires clear communication skills, active listening and an ability to meet the needs and expectations of patients and clients exclusively through phone interaction. Patient registration and scheduling in an EMR system are also required. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member encounters. The position requires candidates to work variable shifts, Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm.
