    This position is on our clinical team. We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant licensed in California to guide clients to healthy movement and lifelong Vitality. We are not looking for a “staff PTA”. We are looking for someone who wants to develop as a HEALTH CARE LEADER and develop industry leading treatment skills. This position is critical to our treatment team. You will focus on three main roles:

    CARE for our clients. You will provide exceptional physical therapy to our clients and assist your team in providing the optimal wellness solution. This includes using state of the art treatment equipment and techniques including the Balance Master, Humac Norm, IVOG system, and dynamometry. You will document in PT Practice Pro.

    SUPPORT your team members in developing solutions. You will participate in team meetings, communicate regarding client care, develop new clinical skills, and become a recognized expert in client care. Part of supporting your team is creating clear documentation which is complete by the end of the work day.

    COLLABORATE with the clinical team, admin team, and outreach team. You will collaborate with our entire team to develop innovate treatment solutions and processes that serve our community. Our mission of creating health care leaders is embodied by our strong collaboration and frequent team meetings.

    The ideal candidate with have the following qualities:

    Desire to become a physical therapy assistant leader

    Excellent Communication and Teaching skills

    Experience following care plans and assisting a team in provide optimal care

    A self-starter who’s motivated by serving others

    Experience treating clients of all ages

    High level of organization, both professionally and personally

    Enjoys partnering with others to accomplish tasks

    Interest in learning more about physical Therapy treatment techniques
