FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers and our FYZICAL Fitness Program is looking for a a leader who will manage the growth of our FYZICAL Fitness program. They will be assisting our medical and fitness team in assessing and training adults looking to maximize their fitness goals. BodyQ is a first

of its kind medically based computerized fitness screening that integrates a body testing tool used to assess movement, function, general health, balance, and performance. The position is part time with the potential to move to full time including personal training hours.

Your job duties would include:

• Conduct BodyQ consultations and assessments

• Develop individualized programs that ensure Client safety and enhancement of personal fitness goals

• Assist, monitor and instruct Clients by ensuring safe and effective use of gym equipment and weight machines

• Help motivate Clients to achieve their fitness goals

• Recommend products and services to Clients based on the BodyQ results.

FYZICAL Fitness Manager/ BodyQ Job Skills:

• Strong communication skills

• High self motivation

• Customer service oriented

• Physically capable of assisting clients in their fitness activities, including bending, pulling, stretching, straining, kneeling, gripping and frequent lifting of weights.

Common FYZICAL Fitness Manager/ BodyQ Job Requirements:

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic training, Kinesiology, Physical Education, Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology

• CPR Certification

• Any certification required by state of employment
