FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers of MetroWest is a busy physical therapy practice looking to expand our services to include massage therapy. As a valued and critical extension of our team, the Medical Massage Therapist will work with our Doctors of Physical Therapy to develop a massage therapy plan for injured patients. This individual will work at our clinic in Natick, treating present and past patients, as well as new massage therapy clients. We're not looking for just any LMT to join our team; we are seeking someone with experience with sports massage, deep tissue massage, and therapeutic massages of soft tissues and joints; preferable in a medical environment. Many also assist in the assessment of range of motion and muscle strength.

In order to be considered for this role with FYZICAL MetroWest, you need to have:

a valid LMT license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

a positive, friendly and outgoing personality

a minimum of 2 years' experience

some of your experience in a medical environment

outstanding client and employer references

And as a contractor with FYZICAL MetroWest, you will need to maintain your own liability insurance that protects us both.

We're starting from scratch, so this will start with just a few hours a week and hopefully grow to a full client load. We will help to drive our patients to you for massage treatments, and you will turn them into regular massage client through your skill, success and gaining their trust/confidence.
