    We are seeking a Business Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team and provide technical support to 600+ users in both our multi-building warehouse in Chino and West Hollywood offices! This individual will report to our Director of IT and have the opportunity to greatly impact and improve processes within this fast-growing e-commerce business!

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Partner with employees to identify areas of improvement in our current processes
    • Follow best practices through the entire technical support process
    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) administration and troubleshooting including new users, menus, locations, pick and put-away sequences, zone data, etc
    • Administering cloud systems with some on-premises server administration, SQL programming, performance monitoring, index tuning and query changes and utilizing HighJump's configuration tools.
    • Reporting and updating in Dashboard, HighJump Report and SSRS such as modifying existing reports with additional search criteria, adding new search field elements and creating new report pages for single and multiple tables using simple joins
    • Provide systems administration and support for 200+ users at our Chino fulfillment center
    • Manage device management software enabling remote management of all hardware and software
    • Utilize a company-wide ticketing system for all IT requests and providing Tier 2 escalation for Helpdesk team

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration (startup preferred)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced knowledge of AD, Google Apps, Azure, and mixed PC/Mac environments
    • Strong experience navigating and simplifying complex IT processes
    • Strong degree of technical aptitude
    • Advanced computer and networking knowledge and ability to work directly with employees to troubleshoot
    • Exposure to networking tools, Windows operating systems, and database management systems
    • Experience with writing, reading, and troubleshooting SQL queries
    • Experience with translating business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project, and Excel
    • Experience with.NET and HTML5
    • Intermediate to Advanced configuration or programming experience in (Java, Python, C#) and heavy interaction in databases (TSQL queries and stored procedures)
    • Expertise with interface technologies including TCP/IP Sockets, XML, Table to Table, etc…
    • Knowledge of barcode scanning and RF hardware (Intermec, LXE, Motorola, Symbol)
    • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    • Labeling (Bartender) experience

    NICE TO HAVE:

    •     Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field in Computer Science, MIS, or IS/IT
    •     Expertise in HighJump software 
    •     Supply Chain Management domain expertise
    •     Customer service and consulting experience
    •     Project management experience
    •     Reporting experience (SSRS or Crystal Reports)
