Shibui embodies a unique and never before seen hybrid of an Asian Fusion open kitchen, a luxury dining restaurant, and an irresistible lounge vibe.

Celebrity Chef, Fabio Viviani, has created a menu that includes Sushi, Wagyu Meats, and Prime Seafood, and an award savvy wine list with exotic and lively craft cocktails. All this brought together in one fitting and intimate scene.

Located in the heart of downtown Tampa, Shibui is class-driven and personable in approach. Its authentic, but not traditional Asian cuisine presents unique, but trending offerings for a grand culinary tour for any taste buds.

Guests can anticipate vibrant & colorful plates grazing through the open kitchen concept right to our guests, a world-spread wine and reserve collection, complimented by hand-crafted cocktails, and a vibe-focused venture that will surely raise the bar of Tampa dining.

If you believe in this idea and vision, it's time to help us build the next great experience for our guests.

More about our partner, Fabio Viviani. Fabio was on three seasons of the television competition show Top Chef and won the title of “Fan Favorite.” When you meet him, you will understand why.
