    Job Title: Technical Sourcer (Entry Level)

    Location: Fully Remote - Based out of Los Angeles, Austin, or Bay Area preferred

    What you will learn:

    • How to target candidates through our proven sourcing and market research methodology
    • How to execute a successful recruiting process from start (source) to finish (hire) using our vast set of ‘best practices’ guides and tools
    • How to educate and advise candidates to build strong and trustworthy relationships with customers
    • How to work within a collaborative team to collectively deliver the best possible recruitment experience
    • How to network and become a well-connected member of your local tech community by developing your business contacts and creating relationships

    Responsibilities:

    • You will be trained on how to recruit for Software Engineering positions
    • Potential to work directly onsite with clients to understand and recruit for open positions
    • Communicate with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Head of Human Resources on a daily basis
    • See through entire interview process from sourcing candidates to final offer stage
    • Conduct weekly meetings with hiring team to update on candidate progress
