Currently we are seeking a Fabrication Operator to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team. This person will operate fabrication machinery in a safe manner to fabricate steel parts for refuse equipment.

Your Role in Our Mission:

Use fabrication equipment and associated tooling in an efficient manner to optimize production.

Maintain accuracy of fabricated parts by reading blueprints and measuring using precision measuring devices.

Maximize machine efficiency to produce the necessary parts needed to meet production orders.

Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping on equipment.

Operate a forklift or crane as assigned in a safe and efficient manner.

Report safety hazards or mechanical failures to the Safety Department, Maintenance Department, Lead and Supervisor.

To Perform this Job Successfully:

1 year of experience preferred in fabrication.

Crane and forklift certification preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Math skills including fractions, decimals, and angles.

Maintain a positive sense of teamwork, including the ability to maintain regular attendance.
