Job Summary:
The Plumber Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the fabrication plumbing team to ensure the timely and quality-driven fabrication of plumbing material. This role emphasizes labor productivity, quality control, safety compliance, and effective crew leadership. The foreman coordinates closely with shop supervisors and field superintendents and supervising a team of 2–6 plumbers, and performs hands-on tasks as needed. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in interpreting job-specific drawings, managing pre-fab operations, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and project specifications. A minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing experience needed. Competency with digital tools such as iPads and construction software are required.
