Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator with strong electrical and LED installation experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with channel letters, metal fabrication, welding, and custom sign building. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality, durable work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble channel letters and custom signage.
• Install and wire LED lighting systems, power supplies, and other electrical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Cut, bend, and shape materials such as aluminum, steel, and acrylic using shop equipment.
• Perform MIG/TIG welding and grinding to complete metal structures.
• Safely operate fabrication tools including shears, brakes, saws, drills, and routers.
• Ensure all fabricated products meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fabrication, welding, or sign making (channel letter experience preferred).
• Proven experience with LED systems, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and metalworking equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and fabricate accurately to specifications.
• Strong knowledge of MIG/TIG welding techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• OSHA, electrical, or welding certifications a plus.
