Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on welding and fabrication experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The Fabricator will be responsible for producing custom railing systems that meet Jerico’s high standards of precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to fabricate custom railing systems.
• Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals as required.
• Accurately read and interpret shop fabrication drawings.
• Collaborate with shop foremen and other team members to ensure projects meet specifications.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and consistent work habits.

Qualifications

• Welding school certification or equivalent formal training (preferred).
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Proficiency welding stainless steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good attendance record and commitment to reliability.
