Job description:

Marolf Environmental is a leader in the environmental services industry, committed to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated MIG/TIG SS and AL Welder to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about welding and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!

Pay Rate: $20 - $30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise MIG welding on aluminium to meet quality standards.

Demonstrate skill through practical weld tests and consistent workmanship.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Inspect welds and finished components for quality and defects.

Follow and promote all health and safety procedures.

Measure, cut, and assemble materials to specifications

Work with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience with MIG/TIG welding aluminium and/or stainless steel

Proven ability to deliver high-quality MIG/TIG welds

Strong understanding of safety protocols

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

Effective communication skills in English
