SaltWorks MFG is looking for a high-level Fabricator / Metal Shaper who lives and breathes custom automotive craftsmanship.

This is not production work. This is coachbuilding, problem-solving, design, fabrication, and execution at the highest level.

We build award-winning customs, hot rods, trucks, and one-off vehicles using traditional craftsmanship mixed with modern technology including:

TIG welding

Metal shaping

Metal forming

CNC laser cutting

2D Cad layout

Hand fabrication

Full custom assembly

If you understand body lines, symmetry, proportions, gaps, and flow without needing someone to explain it to you — you may fit here.

What We’re Looking For

Strong fabrication and metal shaping ability

Experience with TIG welding, sheet metal, and custom fabrication

Ability to build clean, serviceable, high-end work

Understanding of vehicle construction and assembly

Ability to work independently and with a team

Pride in craftsmanship and cleanliness

Positive attitude and willingness to improve

Passion for hot rods, customs, trucks, and automotive culture

Bonus Skills

English wheel

Pullmax / power hammer

Aluminum fabrication

Coachbuilding experience

CAD experience

CNC laser familiarity

Suspension and chassis fabrication

Mechanical assembly experience
