We are actively seeking qualified candidates to fill a Fabricator position in stainless steel food processing manufacturing. Ideal candidates will be dependable, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. The role requires minimal supervision and demands a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operates manufacturing equipment including a CNC laser cutting machine, press brake, and other common machinery used in the production process

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve operating and fabricating challenges

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders

• Understand and use fabrication mathematics

• Measure and verify dimensions using various devices: ex. tape measure, calipers, machinist square, protractor

• Identify, retrieve, and install the required punch/die based on bend radius/material thickness

• Download program files, or program a press brake at the controller

• Program each program step using tonnage mode, angle mode, and absolute position

• Comply with all safety, quality, and work rules and regulations

• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications :

• 3 years' metal fabrication
• 3 years' press brake, CNC experience required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screenings
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
