    Job Overview

    We are looking for a skilled and dependable Fabricator / Welder to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, assembling, and welding metal components and structures according to blueprints and technical drawings. You will work in a fast-paced shop environment where quality, safety, and precision are top priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding/fabrication specifications
    • Fabricate, assemble, fit, and weld metal parts and structural components
    • Operate welding and fabrication equipment (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick, cutting tools, grinders)
    • Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
    • Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for assembly
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
    • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in metal fabrication and/or welding (required or preferred depending on your needs)
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
    • Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares, etc.)
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
    • Ability to lift materials and work in a physical, shop-based environment
    • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
    • Welding tickets/certifications considered an asset (if applicable)
