Job Purpose

Responsible for Israel accounting matters by supporting Finance Controller and Corporate Finance in Thailand. Coordinate and maintain accounting activities and prepare monthly financial report to support Business Unit and internal related parties.

 

II. Key Responsibilities

General Business Support-
1. Coordinates with Payroll service provider in ensuring the accuracy of payroll information before recording and disbursement
2. Assists Account Payables and Account Receivables teams in payment and collection matters
3. Reconciles monthly credit card statements
4. Supports General Ledger team in Thailand on their month-end closing
5. Manages monthly tax and any other statutory reporting
6. Leads the coordination of external accountants as necessary for annual reviews/audits and tax return preparation

Financial Planning-
7. Support Finance Controller in preparing reports e.g. Ship revenue, PPV

 

III. Job Qualifications

Education: .B.B.A. MBA, or Above in Financial, Accounting, or related field
Experience: +3 years
Required Skill: English Communication, Financial and Accounting experience. External auditor would be advantage
Required Training: Knowledge in Financial & Accounting
