FEIS has been California State Certified to provide inspection and repair on permanently installed window washing systems. FEIS has been developing dynamic, innovative and effective methods of inspecting and testing building maintenance equipment.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to assist with new business opportunities by contacting and learning how to developing relationships with potential clients. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact until you close the deal. You will ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

30 Day Pre-Use Inspections (Swing Stage)
10 Year Load Testing
OPOS Design and Development
Consulting Services
Replacement Parts, Repairs and Installations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, marketing events, business lunches/dinners, etc. as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Assist in presenting our company to potential clients, through lunch and learns, expo’s, media events.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize solutions to increase client satisfaction
Learn how to build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Business Development Representatives
Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
SKILLS:
Proven work experience as a in Sales, i.e. Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Fast learner and able to handle/adapt to a start up mentality
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (i.e Salesforce)
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
