    FaceTec currently seeks a Bilingual Technical Support & Integration Specialist to join our San Diego, CA team. As part of the Support & Integration Team, the team member in this position is often the first point of contact for technical and account related questions. This team member will troubleshoot and support customers who are integrating FaceTec SDKs into their applications. Typical questions range from basic account related requests to complex security concerns that may require immediate escalation to FaceTec’s management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to support requests via ticketing system or email.
    • Assist with recreating/validating problems and/or bugs. Escalating issues to the development team if needed.
    • Recommend enhancements to FaceTec product/process to help streamline the customer integration process.
    • Technical support and architecture related video calls with customers/partners
    • Regularly review accounts and work with customers to keep their software updated
    • Update content on dev.facetec.com to help provide clear direction to developers.
    • Build sample applications and help developers integrate them.

    Requirements:

    • Application development experience or a computer science degree is required. (1-3 years of development experience on Android, iOS and/or Web Apps prefered.)
    • Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
    • The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in English and Spanish.
    • Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
