The Job: What We Need We are looking for a hungry, agile person ready to launch their sales career. As part of the founding sales team, you will be responsible for managing all of Facet's top-of-funnel processes and efforts. We work with other financial advisors, platforms, and industry partners to transition their small accounts to Facet, and run a B2B sales process to identify these potential prospects and partners. You will be responsible for all outreach and qualification of these folks, and will work closely with the rest of the sales team to build our pipeline.
Your Responsibilities - You are responsible for all top-of-funnel sales efforts, including email campaigns and cold calling. You feed our sales team with qualified opportunities. - A/B test and optimize email/ cold call campaigns to generate maximum response and interest in partnering with Facet - Work closely with channel partners and manage partner relationships to generate leads - Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to relay market feedback. You are Facet Wealth's front lines, and the knowledge you gather will be used to create content to maximize awareness of Facet in the financial services industry
Requirements - You have 1+ years experience in sales - You are comfortable owning a number: you will be measured on the number of qualified opportunities that you generate for the sales team - You are process-oriented and diligent (coordinating and running lots of outreach processes) - You are outgoing and not afraid to get on the phone (a big part of this job will be outward-facing) - You are hungry and a self-starter. You can manage your own workload with little-to-no oversight, and you want to build a company. The sky is the limit with this job: if you do it well, you will advance quickly in the organization - You are innovative and always looking for efficiencies
