Job Title: Facets Configuration Analyst

Location: Houston, TX 77001

Duration: 6 months

Pay Range is $50 /hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in Facets benefit configuration and healthcare application support. This role serves as a subject matter expert across system applications, ensuring efficient configuration, analysis, and support of packaged software for medical plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Facets and related systems.
• Analyze and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and data dependencies.
• Serve as SME for application areas including data definitions and business rules.
• Lead requirement gathering, interface design, and root cause analysis.
• Support SDLC: design, development, unit testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide updates.
• Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience (or 7+ without a degree).
• Strong knowledge of Facets (especially benefit configuration).
• SQL querying and backend system understanding.
