    Momentum is seeking a Facilities Associate to coordinate supply organization, maintain inventory, fulfill material requests—including purchasing, carry out general maintenance tasks and clinic maintenance.

    Facilities Associate Responsibilities:

    • Organizes and maintains inventory in supply warehouse
    • Receives and fills supply requisitions from staff in a timely manner
    • Receives shipments for clinic and reviews packing slips to ensure order is complete/fulfilled
    • Maintains shared records and warehouse inventory charge forms for accounting purposes
    • Maintains overall clinic appearance and organization, handles emergency clean-ups, as required
    • Performs basic maintenance tasks including replacing lights, repairing clinic equipment, fixing sinks and toilets, adjusting doors, removing, and installing wall mounted equipment and fixtures, wall patching and painting
    • Supports setup and breakdown of events and meetings
    • Acts as a liaison with job coaches for Workability and Triangle programs
    • Assists in coordination of volunteer materials/projects between development department and other programs
    • Works in conjunction with warehouse crew to track all testing kits and materials. Ensures all items needed for testing are available and testing kits are complete when checked out and returned by therapists
    • Provides additional maintenance support to Momentum group homes throughout Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and Ventura counties, as needed
    • Performs other duties as assigned to meet departments and/or business needs

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; required
    • One (1) year experience in maintenance and/or construction; highly preferred

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Ability to use hand and power tools materials and equipment, properly and efficiently
    • Basic knowledge related to maintenance and/or light construction
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently and in a team setting

    Requirements:

    • Must maintain valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California, including liability vehicle insurance
    • Must have a reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available)
    • Clean driving record
    • Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, physical exam, drug screening, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
