Job Description
As a Facilities Engineer responsible for the Building Management System / Instrumentation & Controls - you will design, implement, and maintain industrial control systems and central monitoring infrastructure for a manufacturing environment. Responsible for integrating PLCs, sensors, and SCADA systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operation.
Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee installation, startup, and testing of new automation systems. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and facilities teams for system upgrades and commissioning activities.
Documentation & Standards: Write engineering standards, Scope of work documents and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
Instrumentation & Field devices: Specify, calibrate, and integrate sensors such as PH, Flow, Temperature, etc.
Networking: Understand the basics of a OT network and be able to troubleshoot issues.
PLC Programming: Develop and maintain PLC logic primarily Schnieder and Emerson PLCs for high availability systems
SCADA: Maintain and develop the Ignition SCADA system. Integrate systems with complex architectures
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Schneider PLC and Ignition HMI Software.
Ignition certification core/gold
Understand Mechanical systems

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $100,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
