The Facilities Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the efficient use and scheduling of the youth soccer club’s permitted field spaces. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this role helps coordinate the club’s access to public and private fields, assists with scheduling/rescheduling practices, games, and events, and supports logistics to ensure field readiness. This position is essential in maximizing field utilization, minimizing scheduling conflicts, and ensuring a smooth experience for players, coaches, and families across all club activities.
