Protech Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Remote Facilities Coordinator to join our team in NEW markets. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of Protech's expansion into new markets and surrounding areas. We are looking for a professional who has experience coordinating multiple projects independently while still reporting to our home office in Charleston, SC. Areas we are hiring in (remote work, but you must live near these locations and be able to travel within a 200-mile radius): • Nashville, TN • Richmond, VA • Tampa, FL • Orlando, FL Responsibilities: • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services • Guide contractors and stakeholders to the best resolution on every work order • Collaborate with internal team to drive company growth • Travel to managed facilities to perform inspections and audits of vendors • Proactively source contractors and service providers • Dispatch work orders to the appropriate vendor • Document notes and data into Protech’s software • On a rotating schedule, be on-call for work orders Qualifications: • Able to allocate resources efficiently • Highly functional working remotely • Creative problem solving • Able to travel up to 25% of the time • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business Compensation: $47,500 - $55,000 yearly
