This role is a game-changer, reporting directly to the Facilities Maintenance Manager and leading a dynamic team of 15-20 technicians and maintenance pros.

Here's what they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with Plant Wide, Large-scale CapsX projects
• Expertise in High Voltage (Exceeding 10K Volts)
• Skills in Predictive and Preventative Maintenance
• Proven leadership with large teams (Union experience is a plus!)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
