    Job Summary:

    Green Kitchen Concepts is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities & Fleet Maintenance Associate to support our operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, both in the shop and across our fleet of service vehicles.     Key Responsibilities:

    Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

    Sweep and mop shop floors regularly.

    Clean and sanitize bathrooms, the breakroom, and office space.

    Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

    Clean and detail the interior and exterior of fleet vehicles.

    Safely operate a forklift to unload deliveries.

    Organize supplies and equipment for easy access.

    Load and unload equipment from company vehicles for service technicians.

    Assist with general upkeep and daily operations as needed.

    Assist technicians as they return from routes with offloading equipment and transferring oil.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Valid driver’s license required.

    Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

    Forklift operation experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Team first mentality.

    Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

    Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

    Able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Nice to Haves:

    Mechanically inclined: able to repair vacuums and learn basic repairs on more complex equipment.

    Comfortable performing minor vehicle maintenance (e.g., changing headlights, air filters, etc.).

    Familiarity with tools and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
