Qualifications
- High School diploma, BA degree preferred
- Shall possess commensurate experience to perform the duties of the position.
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must have computer literacy and proficiency in the use of the National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS) and/or Maximo
- Required to work with in-house customer staff on routine and emergency activities.
- Shall possess all required registrations, certifications, and licenses required by State and local jurisdictions, and any specific requirements.
- Must be able to lift/move heavy objects (50 pounds), climb vertical ladders, operate forklifts and other lift equipment, distinguish colors and be proficient in the use of common hand and power tools.
- Shall demonstrate a good working knowledge of facilities management in order to manage service requests
- Great customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be proactive and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass government background check.
