We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team in Two Rivers, WI, 54241. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for both employees and visitors. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, meeting rooms, public spaces, and work areas
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all facility areas
Utilizing pressure washer to clean outside of building and windows
Operating and maintaining floor scrubber
Emptying trash cans, recycling, and ensuring waste is disposed of properly
Conducting routine inspections of the premises to check for maintenance issues
Performing minor repair work, such as fixing leaky faucets or replacing light bulbs
Painting, walls, floors, lines etc.
Maintaining outdoor areas, such as removing snow or debris, and keeping pathways clear and safe
Keeping inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
Following safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals, wet floor signs etc.
Reporting any major maintenance issues or repairs to the maintenance manager
General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition
Ensuring doors are locked after hours
Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment
Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Keeping buildings secure by locking doors
Washing windows, walls, and glass
Changing light bulbs
