FMM is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER for immediate hire! FMM is a maintenance and construction company that is seeking a Project Manager to assist our Project Division in completion of construction projects such as residential an commercial remodels, as well as residential and commercial new construction. Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

A bachelor degree in Construction Management or 5 years of construction management experience

Knowledge of both residential and commercial systems

Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs, especially excel

Ability to perform construction related tasks in the field if needed

Excellent problem solving skills

A take initiative mindset

A strong focus on customer relations

Valid drivers license and clear driving record

Ability to pass a drug screen

This position will include the management of projects that are located throughout the nation. The duration of each project depends on the total scope of work, our ideal candidate would travel to the job location and remain in the city of the project through it's completion. Upon completion of this project the candidate would then relocate to another project location.
