Facility Maintenance Associate - LANCASTER, TX 75241

Pay: $25–$27.50/hr | Full-time | Immediate openings

Available Shifts

• A1: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM — $25/hr

• A2: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM — $26.50/hr

• B1: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM — $27.50/hr

• B2: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM — $27.50/hr

Weekly Friday paydays. Overtime paid at time and a half.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance, inspections, and preventive maintenance.

• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, and electrical repairs.

• Troubleshoot problems and complete routine and emergency repairs.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment safely.

• Identify and correct safety hazards; maintain clean work areas.

• Assist with grounds maintenance and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of facility maintenance and repair experience, related training, or an equivalent combination.

• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and follow equipment manuals.

• Basic computer, reading, writing, and math skills.

• Successful completion of forklift training and ability to maintain certification.

• Ability to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 lbs.; stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and kneel.

• Ability to work in a warehouse with varying temperatures and work overtime as needed.

• Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems, and material handling equipment experience, preferred.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Must be available to start immediately. We cannot accommodate 2-week notice periods.
