DIRECT HIRE | FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN | COLUMBIA, MO

Join a leading multifamily property management company as a Maintenance Technician at a high-volume community. Technicians will perform repairs and make-ready tasks (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

• $21-$24/hour + (based on experience)
• On-call bonus ($125-$150)
• Potential sign-on bonus
• Monday-Friday, typical hours, with on-call rotation (typically one weekend per month) and possible overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Complete make-ready tasks;
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain community appearance.
• Document work, adhere to safety procedures, and collaborate with staff, residents, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
• EPA Type I and II certification
• CPO certification a plus (Certified Pool Operators)
• Experience with Entrata or Microsoft Office/Google Suite is a plus.
  
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
